My work bridges clinical insight with laboratory discovery to close the gap between bench and bedside. I am particularly interested in the mechanisms of tissue regeneration, infection control, and surgical recovery, as well as how these principles can be translated into safer, more effective treatments.

Over the years, I have contributed to national and international research initiatives, working with multidisciplinary teams to develop novel approaches in infection prevention, wound healing, and translational medicine.
